In the small mountain community, known as Biltmore Lake, of Western North Carolina, neighbors were being frequently harassed during the late nights and early mornings in the spring of 2023. Our co-founder Ken Eynon was a resident of Biltmore Lake at the time and worked with the community to form a neighborhood watch group called the “The Burbs”. Using the Arlo Cameras and the Verizon Network, he was able to place cameras throughout the community and in neighboring parking lots that were adjacent to trails that the vandals used to enter the community. Because residents of the community were also equipped with Nest, Ring, Arlo’s and other recording devices at their doors, the community worked together to catch the criminals.
